Where can I find nutrition info on meals?

We have all macros listed on the meals themselves and in the meal/product description on our menu.

Can I customize my meals to meet my dietary restrictions?

When do orders need to be placed by?

For pick up/delivery on Sunday/Monday, orders need to be placed by 8am Friday
For pick up/delivery on Wednesday/Thursday orders need to be placed by Tuesday 12pm

How many people does each meal feed?

Each meal is for individual serving, with the exception of our bulk items.

How do I heat the meals?

Microwave or in a pan on stove top.

How much is delivery?

10$ standard flat rate on all deliveries.

I am a retailer/gym owner, can Vibrant Life provide me meals to sell at my business?

How long is the shelf life of the meals?

Up to 5 days.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in the greater Moncton area.

When are meals available for pickup and/or delivery?

Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
