With backgrounds in the health and fitness industry and a love for wholesome and nutritious food, it’s no wonder Moncton couple Alex and Venesa made it their mission to provide the community with healthy and nourishing ready-made meals.
Vibrant Life Meals launched as a side hustle in 2019, when Alex asked Venesa if she could prepare some healthy meals to support his lifestyle coaching clients with their health goals.
Venesa immediately got to recipe testing.
Her creativity in the kitchen and love of good food meant taste could never be sacrificed when it came to whipping up well-balanced meals.
With a focus on catering to those wanting healthy and convenient meal options, Vibrant Life found a customer base in no time.
Not only were customers attracted to the time it saved them from preparing their own meals, but they also appreciated Vibrant Life’s commitment to using fresh, quality and clean ingredients.
Dishes are made from scratch and greens and meats are all sourced locally.
In late 2022, Alex and Venesa knew a growing demand meant it was time to launch the business full time.
They opened up their kitchen-store front on Mountain Road to offer pre-order pick-up and grab-and-go hours, — in addition to delivery service — and continue to develop partnerships with local and like-minded community groups and businesses.
